How do you correct arch strain while running/walking? - arch strain

It was only recently begun to restart, and I recently noticed that the arc begins to hurt his left foot to do when I walk somewhere. To give a better idea of the pain begins in the vicinity of the clamping of the heel and ends at the ball of my little finger. Suggestions, ideas or other viable solutions?
