Black Death came in three forms: bubonic, septicemic, and lungs. Any form of people killed in a vicious circle. All forms were caused by bacteria.
Bubonic plague is the most common form of black death. The symptoms were enlarged lymph nodes in the armpit, neck and groin. The term "plague" the characteristic bubo, or lymph glands.
Black Death is characterized by bumps, swollen lymph nodes. There would be no pain, fever, nausea, and finally the victim, the skin is blackened by fire, or bleeding under the skin.
